S25 plus TERRIBLE audio on Samsung Camera app

I got the new s25 plus and most all is good. Video audio is good while filming indoors but when filming outside in any kind of wind the audio is terrible. Almost like it completely drowns out your voice. Sounds muffled to the point you can't understand what is being said. And it only does this in the Samsung camera app. When filming in other apps, the audio is fine. I shoot content outdoors on bike rides and this is very disappointing. I never had this issue with my s21. I reset the camera settings and reset the phone and it still didn't fix the issue. I bought this phone for the video qualities and I'm incredibly disappointed.

Same here I have a s25 ultra and recording outside, and I tried using the ai to scan the audio and it doesn't resolve the issue, tried removing the wind to see if it'll make a difference even though its not windy outside, but removing all 100% really still sounds terrible.

I wish I could share the videos on here. Every single video you can barely make out what is being said. On the other hand, the video shot in Instagram app and a different camera app I downloaded are perfect. There is definitely a bug with the camera app on the s25. Its only while filming outdoors in any kind of wind. As soon as even a little wind hits, the audio just drops. It's incredibly frustrating. I spent all day working on a project and the footage I got is useless.

Same issue here. I was really upset to find a bunch of videos I took at a concert were unusable because the audio was trying to pick up the wrong sounds. Even the ai fix audio feature didn't do anything for them. It sucks.

All i can suggest is downloading an app called BlackMagic Camera, its free, its a pro type camera app, the video has the option to turn down the audio, i turn it all the way down to 15% and its so much better, the micropohne as standard on the samsung camera app is set up to record at 100% and thats crazy, its too much, I recordered myself walking across grass and it drowned out my audio, samsumng simply need to add setting in the camera app to allow audio adjustment.

This is so annoying. All of my great camping footage over the weekend is gone to waste now. Has samsung patched this or something yet?!

I have the same problem with my Galaxy S25. Still not a camera app update? Anyone who could solve the problem?
