Galaxy S25Hi,
I'm trying to change the lock screen wallpaper on my Galaxy S25 Ultra. Every time I set the wallpaper, the image is applied correctly, but after a few seconds, it disappears, and only a black background remains. When I then check the Wallpaper settings, no wallpaper is set. I also tried enabling "Background Services," which are supposed to automatically set the wallpaper. At first, it works, but after a few seconds, the wallpaper disappears again. In the settings, I then see that the Background Service is set to "None."
Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
Thanks!

Galaxy S25Thank you, great tip!
In safe mode, the wallpaper stayed in place.
I’ve already identified the app that was causing the issue. I feel silly—on the lock screen, I had enabled the display of my glucose levels through the GlucoDataHandler app, which removes the wallpaper. Thanks again so much!
