S25 Ultra battery drain and overheating when just using WhatsApp

Not long ago, I had buy your cell phone the S25 ULTRA and I am having a problem with charging, as it is discharging quickly and heated a lot just by being on WhatsApp. Help me 😭

Hello Desconocido, welcome to the Samsung Community. I understand your frustrations with your device heating up and draining quickly while using certain apps. 

First clear the cache on your device: 

Power off your device, hold the power button and volume up buttons together at the same time, once the menu appears select clear cache partition, once it is completed boot your phone up normally 

You can also check to verify that your apps are up to date in the play store.
