Galaxy S25I'm having the same issue, but I'm using a screen protector. When I first got the phone I used it for about a day with the official Samsung screen protector and didn't notice any issues at all, but I took that off the next day because I **bleep** up both installs and got dust under the protectors. Switched it with an ESR protector after that.
It happens so randomly and it's not very frequent, usually if it happens I only have to tap one more time for it to register, but it's impossible to reproduce because it's so random. I've tried every setting I can think of, including the animation settings under the developer category and the increased touch screen sensitivity setting, nothing seems to really help. It's odd though, I have no issues with this screen protector otherwise and even the fingerprint reader works exactly the same way as it did with the screen protector off. Anyway, in my case it could be the screen protector. But it's also possible the issue was happening the first day I had it with the official Samsung protector on, could just be that I didn't notice it then

Galaxy S25Yeah I'm not going to take my protector off to fully test it because I don't want to risk using the phone without one, but also I hate wasting it when it was a perfect install with zero dust/bubbles lol. I have a feeling it's a software issue though. However, I do suggest changing the animation settings under the developer settings. It seemed to help people that had the S23 and S24 series of phones.
"Go to settings>about phone>software information then rapidly tap the Build Number option until developer mode is enabled.
Then go back to the settings main page, scroll down to developer options and tap it. Scroll down a bit to the drawing category, and change all animation scale speeds to 1.0x to 0.5x (you can also just turn off animation)"
