S25 Plus Bad Sound Quality

I have the s25 plus. I bought it 4 days ago but the sound quality is very disturbing. Especially the notification and call sounds are like they are exploding. It is as if the sounds are coming from a can. This has nothing to do with the equalizer settings. I demand that this be fixed with the first update. Also, there is no bass in the sounds.

From what I have read, that is a typical sound effect on the S25 and + models. Try changing the sound levels using the built-in equalizer and play with the differences. Go to Settings/Sounds and vibration/Sound quality and effects/Equalizer.

Then return the device for a full refund. You are within the time limit (15 days from the day you received the device) to return it.

Unfortunately, devices with a SIM card inserted cannot be returned in Turkey.

That's a bummer. Take that as a lesson to research products and ask questions online regarding what products offer and what users get.

The issue is not whether I should return the phone or not. I have a problem with the phone and I am stating it.
