Not sure why it's only happening on my edge, but the network never sticks. I will connect to wifi and boom no calls can come in after i disconnect from wifi.. Reboot and same issue. Mobile data just goes away. I have to manually select a network like 10 times a day when I'm out and about.

Try resetting network settings under settings, general management, reset.

Updates may or may not fix your problem. Sounds like a mobile network issue. Have you contacted your carrier?

Does the device use a physical SIM card? If so, take it out and then place it back in making assure it is seated properly. Then try resetting the network again. If that still does not work, then this is more than likely a faulty sim card. If using eSIM, then that more than likely will be a network issue and very unlikely the phone is at fault.

Definitely a network issue as @Mujibar suggests either your Sim card is bad or your settings are needing reset

Or the SIM needs to be re-provisioned

That definitely shouldn’t be happening on a new device like the S25 EDGE. If mobile data keeps disconnecting after switching from Wi-Fi, it could be caused by a few different things. Here are some steps that might help:

1. Reset Network Settings
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. This will reset all Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings without erasing your personal data.

2. Disable “Switch to Mobile Data” Option
Go to Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Advanced and toggle off “Switch to mobile data”. Sometimes this setting causes confusion during handoff between Wi-Fi and LTE/5G.

3. Check SIM Status and Carrier Settings
Make sure your SIM is seated correctly and check for a carrier update under Settings > About phone > Software information.

4. Manually Set Network Mode
Go to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Network mode, and try switching to LTE/3G/2G (Auto) temporarily to see if it stabilizes the connection.

5. Try Safe Mode
Boot the phone into Safe Mode and test the data connection. If it works fine there, a third-party app could be interfering.

If it still doesn’t resolve, definitely report the issue in Samsung Members > Get Help > Error reports so they can look into it and escalate if needed. You’re not alone, and this might require a software patch depending on how widespread it is.
