S25 Battery Drain Issue

Hi,

Still having battery drain issue after almost 3 weeks with my new S25.

Last night, at 100%, I took my phone off the charger for 10 hours, and the drain was 10%.. down to 90%.

Then, after 2 hours with the phone basically on, a couple of searches battery dropped to 77%.

My app. usage showed only <3%

Can somebody please help and tell me me if my new phone is a lemon? I have my battery setting at "basic".

Search "battery capacity" in settings, then make sure that the mAh level says "typical" next to it. If it doesn't that will explain your problem.

It says 4000 mAh (typical)

Down to 70% now. What else could it be?

If you checked what app are using the most battery, dowbload ampere. It will measure the speed power is leaving your phone. If you have a giant power draw, eg -2000mA, something is using it up.

I bought this phone on pre-order. Too new to be acting like this. It's been nothing but a headache
I barely use the **bleep** phone
I want my money back or a brand new one. Customer support has been absolutely awful with only 1 exception
