Retrieving contacts back

Okay so my step daughter was using her dad email and all his contacts were in her phone and I deleted the contacts from her phone not realizing that his contacts will also delete from his phone also, How do we get all his contacts back on his phone? I tried and no success

login that gmail to this link, i am pretty sure those contacts still available inside trash bin
