Galaxy S25Do you mean you want "stickman" gone? Go to settings/accessibility/advanced settings and turn off accessibility button by selecting "none". Incidentally, the accessibility button does not appear on your screen unless you specifically put it there. It is not on by default.
If you mean you don't want the accessibility settings on your phone at all, tough luck on that. It's part of the operating system. You will find it on any phone - it's in compliance with the ADA, and just common courtesy. The day may come when you need some of those settings, and many of them are useful even if one has no disabilities.

Galaxy S25Nah, I have several accessibility features in use. One does not need "stickman" unless they frequently turn the accessibility features on and off. I do not ever put the accessibility icon on my screen, either as a floater or on the navigation bar. It's more of an annoyance than a help. Many accessibility features also have icons in the quick panel, so it's just as easy to turn them on or off there. So, you can keep options on and still just turn off the accessibility button.
