Removing Name & phone number from screen

I don't remember setting this up but when my screen opens up, my name & phone # scrolls on the bottom. How do I remove that? Thanks!

Search helptext in settings, or click and hold it on the lock screen

Settings > lock screen and AOD > contact information. Delete the text if you don't want it shown on the lockscreen.

Do you mean on your lock screen?

To turn that off go to settings, Lock Screen and AOD, scroll down to Contact Information and delete!
