On May 23rd 2025, I upgraded my Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra to the Samsung Galaxy s25 Ultra. At that time I had registrar set so that double tap on the back of the phone or launch my camera app. The triple back tap feature was set to screenshot.
Now when I'm driving down the road or I even set my phone down it launches the camera app. It is so sensitive. I went into the registrar good lock plug in and set the sensitivity to the lowest possible. That did not fix the problem, there was no improvement.
The only way I have I have found to be able to use my phone while on the road is to just simply disable both double tap and triple tap in the registrar good lock app.
I did a search on Google and found there are other people having the same issue and was reported over 3 months ago. Why is such a simple bug not been addressed in 3 months?
Anyone else out there experiencing this? I found a similar post here in Samsung members 3 months ago and Samsung chimed in with a link to make a bug report. That was 3 months ago so clearly it's already been reported, why is it not been fixed?
Just double tap power button to launch camera. And Power + Vol down for screenshot or use SPen. Back Tap is broken. Its way too sensitive and it seems to activate more when im touching the screen than when I actually tap the back.
I am facing the similar problem in my 25 ultra my double tap is set for screenshot and its too sensitive as it triggers while i am watching any content on phone speaker. Vibrations from its own speaker are taking the screenshots, i had to clear my gallery after each week as its full of random screenshots.
