I've switched mobile carriers from US Mobile to Tracfone and when I go to Google messages turn on rcs chats it says status not supported RCS chats have been disabled. I've tried for past few days to enable but not working.

Wait for Propagation: Porting can take 24โ48 hours for all services, including RCS, to fully activate.
Clear App Data (Most Successful Fix): Go to Settings > Apps, find Google Messages, and clear its cache and data. Repeat this for the Carrier Services app, then restart your phone.
Toggle RCS/Turn Off & On: In Google Messages, go to Settings > RCS Chats and turn them off, then back on.
Fix "Stuck on Setup" - Airplane Mode: Turn on Airplane mode, clear cache/data for Carrier Services and Messages, turn off Airplane mode, and restart.
Verify Phone Number: In Google Messages, check if the RCS chat setting displays the correct phone number. If it shows an old number or none, it is not properly registered.
Deregister Old Service: If you moved from an iPhone, ensure your number is deregistered from iMessage. If you moved from another Android, you may need to use the Google disable-chat tool.
Reset Network Settings: Navigate to Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset network settings to refresh connectivity.
