Where the heck is it?  I can't seem to find by pulling down. Ahhhhh.

Try pulling down from the right side of the screen

Pull down from the top right for Quick Panel, left for notifications.

If you want to change it back to the way it supposed to be, swipe down from the right, tap the pencil, on the left will be panel settings. Switch to, together!

Omg found it, thank you! Why are notifications separate from quick panel. That's why I couldn't find it initially. I actually swiped left right to find 🙄

To fix: bring down quick settings>tap the pencil looking icon at the top right>panel settings>notifications and quick setting view> select "together"
