Hello, I am having issues with my new Samsung S25+ when using Whatsapp. Whenever I call someone, sometimes on the other side of the line, they can't hear me. I believe it is the app because I have tried using the earpiece, the speaker and my Galaxy Buds Pro 3 and from time to time it happens. Does anyone know what is the issue?
It would seem that when you exit Whatsapp, the microphone is disabled by the app so people can't hear you on the other side of the line. It also happens when the screen turns off.
When WhatsApp goes in background the bluetooth headphones (nothing ear) stop working. Same headphones were working fine with my S24 Ulta without any issues.
Kind of regretting upgrading to S25 Ultra, the S24 U was a perfect phone :(. Maybe I will return my S25 U.
I feel you. I also upgraded from S23+ and it was a very good phone. I reported this issue to Whatsapp support too. Not sure who is supposed to fix it but I hope it happens soon.
