Phone cannot dial my home number, just started today

I've been using my S25 for months now, often calling my land line to talk to my sons.  Just today this stopped working -  The phone won't even dial the home number.  It can dial every other number I tried, and the home phone can dial my call. I rebooted the phone, updated the software, cleared cached, none of this made any difference

You punch in the numbers and click the green dial button. Then what happens or doesn't happen?

Nothing happens.  I have it on speaker so I can hear it better. I dial the number, hit the green button, and there's no sound,  no dialing sound, nothing.

I would reach out to your carrier and ask them to help you troubleshoot.

I would refer you to your carrier as you pay them for the calling service and are your best, first resource when issues arise. If there is a bug, then they will need to contact Samsung for a patch.

The problem fixed itself.  I tried the number yesterday and it worked, and has worked since. I didn't do anything knowingly that fixed it, but it's working now.  Thanks all for your responses
