Opinions on if I should upgrade from the S25 Ultra?

Anyone have an opinion on whether I should upgrade or not. I have the s25 ultra, and I really liked the phone but for what I use my phone for I'm leaning more towards getting a fold. Currently I can upgrade and get the money in trade in that I spent for the phone but idk if I should wait for the fold 8

For cyber Monday it was 400voff, or with my trade in 1000 off plus 120 for storage upgrade. So after taxes it's only 1082
