Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S25, S25+ or S25 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

Review: Absolute joke of a program. I sent in my Galaxy S24+, which was less than a year old and in perfect working condition. I babied that phone! Samsung's trade-in partner received it and suddenly claims the charging/data port is broken and can't transfer data. This is completely false – it worked perfectly fine when I sent it. Now they've slashed the trade-in value and are charging me $700 plus tax for damage that didn't exist. Feels like a total scam to get out of giving the promised value. Avoid the Samsung exchange program unless you want to get ripped off.

You know I switched from Apple because I thought they understood the customers and what makes a good phone a good phone but now since having the 25 ultra after having the s24 ultra it feels like a *bleep* to our faces, why is the s24 ultra better at running one ui 7 than the s25 ultra and faster processing speeds?? When the iPhone 17 comes out I think im going back. I think Samsung has too many phone lines to pay attention to that its just hindering the whole experience for us users. Samsung Ai is absolutely killer compared to Apple but my experience is being bruised

Because it hasn't been ready, clearly. They promoted and sold a device that needs updates to correct original issues. Updates they can't get to because they are busy with the rest of the line, like you said.
