Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S25, S25+ or S25 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

Usually, we try to include the following information:

I received my S25+ about 3 days ago and so far it's been great I noticed a little heat when charging while watching Netflix or YouTube but other than that it appears to be a winner in my book. As the days go on I hope this holds true

I think I prefer my galaxy 23 better. Will see how this goes.

I received my S25 Ultra in whitesilver yesterday and I absolutely love it. I upgraded from the 24 Ultra. There is a noticeable difference with everything. Smooth...clean... sharp...fast. If you ever owned a note 20 5g, it a lot like that feel. I loved my note 20. Anyway...Happy Happy...

My new S25 Ultra seems to have an issue. When the battery gets low, say under 20%, and I go to charge it the battery will not go up. It stays at that number and charge till full time also doesnt change. I need to restart the phone and it will then work. Anyone else have this issue? I have used multiple different chargers and still the same issue. It won't drop lower but doesn't charge up. Thank you.

I'm very unhappy, since on the Samsung Shop page my phone isn't even prep'd for shipping.

I asked the customer service yesterday what's the status and they said my color isn't available anymore and it should become available on 22 of February, one (1) month after the preorder. I should consider myself lucky if I'll get it by March.

This is outrageous. I'll keep you updated but if so, this is my last purchase on Samsung Shop.

On Amazon my color is available and tomorrow I would get my phone. On Samsung in March ... Nothing else to say.

I've had my new phone for about 2 days now and I have to say it's a major upgrade from the 24, rarely like the form factor it's very easy to hold compared to the last year. The new user interface is beautiful. Everything is just absolutely it's beautifully done and streamlined I realbeautifully done and streamlined. I really am enjoying the new phone to be honest. Snapdragon killed it with this new chip. And then your integration in streamlining, is beautiful. Thank you for the S25U 512gb ti black. Very nice. Plus the ti is now grade 5 which is nice lmao. And I'll be real the blue tooth spen I don't care about at all. I'm even typing better with this new design. Really happy so far.
