Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S25, S25+ or S25 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

@SVOGT302 Are you getting messages that the RAM is low and you need to do something? 

Don't think of RAM like storage. RAM makes everything run faster and smoother. You want to use RAM. You don't want to have RAM sitting around idle. That is just a waste. 

Samsung's Good Guardians app has a Memory Guardian module. If you click on the History tab, it will show you how the memory is being used. Generally if your RAM usage doesn't exceed 80-85% you are golden. But you want the usage to be high. Then your applications and the UI react faster. BTW, Good Guardians is in the Galaxy store and free.

Of course the camera is GREAT but.....I purchased directly through Samsung.com, I guess that was mistake one even though I realized that second.

Issue 1 - SPen

I want my old SPen and its Bluetooth capability back. I used it regularly and and no matter how hard I push that little button on this one it doesn't work. Not for pictures not for anything. WHY Samsung WHY did you take this away!? What is a short person to do when trying to take group photos? MyS22 Ultra took the best pictures of all of ours and this one does too but NO BLUETOOTH SPEN!! Now someone will forever be cutoff in pictures. TRASH 

Issue 2 - Video Calling

I purchased an unlocked 1T Sage green phone from Samsung.com. Who would think that this would cause me to lose yet another one of my favorite functions. That would be video calling. I no longer am able to video call other android/Samsung users directly. I have to use Google Meets. TRASH. So instead of just hitting that cute little video camera button I have to create a Google Meet call and send it to the person I want to talk to. DOUBLE TRASH. Then to add insult to injury the quality of the call is horrid. Buffering, low quality video etc. Now, I say this with the understanding we were both using S25 Ultras. Im told this is a carrier issue and the carrier says its a Samsung issue. TRASH

I've had more Samsung phones than I care to admit, and so has one of my kids. The A series, Galaxy S4(It's actually sitting here on my desk as I write this) the Notes. Ah, the good old days...where they advanced each time. And let's not forget the watches. A few of those as well and a tablet. 

While I like the 1T sage green phone its definitely not worth losing those great video calls. 

Is this the end of my romance with Samsung? Perhaps

So... I got a new phone 😁 it is the S25 from Samsung! I like a lot about it but I love somethings too. The camera is amazing with new ways of filtering you pictures. And the awesome ways I can record a video is exciting to learn. Our phones are our lives, since technology is the future, so without them we'd be lost. Literally 🤗 The phone for me is a bit more like a computer were i am having to input how I'd like this and that. I don't mind I just like it to stay simple but it's also a good thing for me to learn this phone. So... yes!! I took home 3!! 🥰
