Now bar not showing

My Now bar not showing on lock screen. Daily briefing as well. Called samsung technician- check all settings and lock screen notifications. He also had me do a full phone cache reset. He couldn't fix any of it. He said to post here. NOWBAR is a SHOWCASE feature of the S25. Come on Samsung, you are charging a lot of money for your product and it's defective. DO BETTER SAMSUNG!

You are aware for things to show up in the now bar certain actions need to be running on your device, music, timers, Google Scores, recorder, etc....

When you have music playing do you see it there?

Settings, lock AOD, and now bar, make sure you toggle the apps you want on now bar

It takes a while to show up once you have activated all of your tab selections. Sometimes it takes several hours, but it will show up eventually
