Push volume up and tap the 3 dots for the expanded volume menu. Make sure notification volume (bell icon) is turned up. 1764888737360.jpg1764888737376.jpg

Make sure when you toggle your mail app you are using and your messages app. Toggle the switch to turn it on...then you must tap again on the app..be sure you are not hitting the toggle button..it will turn it off again..just tap right under aol..or gmail..or messages..that will bring up the next screen embedded in the app..to allow sound and vibration to be turned on..
