Galaxy S25In order to get a warranty exchange you have to send your phone in and allow 5 to 10 days forthem to look at it to see if any repairs need done. So you are without a phone for that long and with me my job requires me to have my phone do to being on call and I can't go that long without a phone. You have warranty so they should send you out a replacement then you send yours back once you get everything transferred from your old one to the new one then send yours back and if they don't receive it then they should charge you for it. This is absolutely ridiculous! Not very happy with Samsung right now.

Galaxy S25Those are the terms you agree to when you purchase any smartphone (or really any device). But if your job requires you to be on call by haivng a phone that specifically must be used to get alerted or receive calls that you are needed, you spent your own money providing your company with hardware they did not have to supply, nor have to pay for your carrier costs that in the end benefits them and saves them money.

Galaxy S25Hello Bec814, Welcome to the Community. We understand how disappointing it is to need to use the warranty.
Samsung believes in building quality products and makes every effort to meet all customer expectations. However, over time, it is possible for a manufactured product to require service or repair. Samsung offers a one-year limited liability manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase to cover the cost of any repairs that may be needed. The warranty is a repair only warranty. When you send the phone for service, you will receive the same phone back from the service center. You can find more information about the warranty here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/warranty/
You would only receive an exchange if you use your insurance, whether through Samsung Care Plus or through your provider.
