My phone stops giving me X (Twitter) notifications after (I think) I've received too many. I remember reading somewhere in my device that the app was silenced due to it having sent too many notifications in a short amount of time. I do not remember where I saw this.
I have doze disabled, all battery optimization settings turned off, and X (Twitter) set to unrestricted.
