No mobile internet without wifi

The problem is solved!! My sim-card was to old, when i got a new phone, i used my old sim-card, no problem, until i got this Samsung. Thank you for thinking with me!! 😀 

Thanks for the help. A factory reset didn't help; I put my SIM card in my old phone, and everything works fine again. I'm returning the Samsung. ChatGPT's conclusion: "This problem is not related to Vodafone, the SIM card, or the settings. It's an S25-specific bug or defect. Only Samsung can resolve this internally or through service."

My 2-month-old Galaxy S25 has no mobile data connection — it only works on Wi-Fi. I’ve tried everything I could think of: reinstalled the APN, changed the network mode, reset the network settings, turned off Wi-Fi and tested again.

After some troubleshooting with ChatGPT, it seems like there’s nothing more I can do. It might be a modem or firmware bug that affects some S25 devices.

I’ve been trying for 5 days now to get help via phone and chat. Two support agents actually hung up on me, and through the app I’m not getting any response at all.

Apparently, I’ll need to take it to a service center — the closest one for me is in Amsterdam — but that means I’ll be without my brand-new phone for a while.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Are you in the U.S?  The focus of this forum is U.S. products.

In any case, with all calling issues, your carrier should be first contact.  You can run a diagnostic on your phone to see if the SIM or Mobile Network has issues.  If you are still in the return window from where you purchased it, you can return it.  If you are in the U.S., if you are not near an authorized service center, you can send it to Samsung for evaluation and repair or, for a fee, they can come to you.

Could mean Amsterdam, NY, GA, or MO, etc.  There are at least 10 cities called Amsterdam in the U.S.

Possibly. My immediate assumption was Netherlands for the same reason I would assume France if the city had been Paris. Could it be Paris, Kentucky? Certainly, but that isn't my first thought.
