All of a sudden, I have this on my phone and I have looked through the display settings, Wallpaper,

always on display and I cannot figure out how to remove it

This was posted awhile back and its coming from your carrier app you need to go into that app and turn off the Lock screen settings.  I'm trying to find the post with the steps.
