New battery icon is absolutely awful - One UI 7 / April patch update

New battery icon is way too big / fat in the latest beta release. Please change it back asap.

Update: if beta users complained that previous icon was too small to read how about giving us an option to choose or make the actual pill smaller a bit?

I also prefer just the number. That's how I had it on One UI 6. I'm hoping we get that functionality restored, at least through Good Lock.

Please bring back the previous battery icon as an option for visually impaired people so we can read it. This is a much needed accessibility function.

I want my old battery indicator back showing the battery percentage big enough, so I can actually read it without a magnifying glass!!

For those of use who have to use glasses to read close up stuff, it just looks like a pill shaped blur that I didnt even know had a number in it. 

The old one was green and even without glasses I could see when it was charging, and the percentage number.

The accessibility team, if there is one, failed on this one. The manager/boss who signed off on it failed. 

They let down MILLIONS of people over 40 by not giving us a simple choice to customize the color or shape of the indicator. I had to resort to a 3rd party app just for a charging indicator. What is this, Win11?
