My Samsung S25 Ultra is not getting notifications when phone is locked

Hi All, I have samsung s25 phone and when the phone is locked i wont get any notifications or sound from apps like whatsapp, message etc..

when i unlock the phone i can see those notifications. I have tried all options and checked all the settings from the samsung community and other web sources and all seems to be intact.

Have updated the App and running in andriod version 16 and up to date software updates.

Please help in fixing it.

Have u tried resetting the settings on ur phone that might help or maybe restarting ur phone

Change notification style to detail, see if that works.
