I purchased the Galaxy S25 Ultra directly from Samsung and relied on the Samsung Preorder Screen. I am especially upset at the pricing of the Care+ with theft and loss protection. The price indicates a 15% discount for this choice. Nowhere does it explain that this is only for the first month. I have read all of the details for this protection, and it never mentions the price is only discounted for the first month. This is clearly deceptive, and I have reached out to The Office of the President to provide me with clear documentation that this discounted price is only for the first month. Perhaps you have run into a similar situation or you could point me in the right direction if I am wrong. If I am right, Samsung please HONOR the discounted price and restore my belief that Samsung is an honorable company.
