Galaxy S25
It may be the middle camera ring you are referring to. The rings are just glued on. It is a known problem/issue that is occurring with the S25.

Galaxy S25
A small amount of movement or a slight rattling sound when gently shaking the phone is normal for a Samsung Galaxy S25, or any phone with a camera featuring Optical Image Stabilization (OIS).
The OIS mechanism uses small, free-moving parts (lenses and tiny motors/springs) that correct for hand movements to ensure sharp photos and steady videos.
When the camera app is not active, these components are not locked in place and can move slightly, creating a sound or feeling of looseness.
What to check:
Normal operation:
The slight movement or rattling should go away when the camera app is open and the OIS system is active.
Potential defect:
If the lens is visibly loose or shaking, makes a loud, unusual noise that doesn't stop when the camera is on, or if your photos are blurry, it likely indicates a hardware defect.
If you are concerned it might be a defect, it is best to contact Samsung support or visit a Samsung service center for a diagnostic check, especially since the device should be covered under warranty.
