Make apps screen like a page

Hello! Does anyone knows how to make the app screen be like a page wise and not scrolling down forever? I missed my notes 20 ultra for that...

Thanks, I just downloaded the latest from APKMirror. The description says it requires One UI 8, but it's worth a shot.
