Apostrophes are not added when typing S25 Plus

Why does my typing not add apostrophes. In words such as Im, dont. I dont know what I have to change to correct this problem?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S25 plus.

You should get suggestion on you keyboard tool bar if you have text suggestions turned on. You can just tap the word you want and it will add it or correct it.

Open the keyboard: by tapping in a text field.

Tap the Settings icon on the keyboard's toolbar.

Tap Smart typing (or More typing options).
