Lock screen shortcuts not showing

S25 Ultra lock screen shortcuts (flashlight and airplane mode) are set but do not appear on my lock screen when locked.

Settings-apps-filter (3 lines to the right of "your apps") -show system apps- Always on Display-clear cache and data and force close, and it fixed it immediately for me.

Hello, 
I am having a similar problem, when I go to my lock screen the buttons do not even show up.  I tried the Solution but Always on Display is not an app that shows up in the list.  I have tried changing other lock screen settings but haven't seemed to get it to work.

Did you filter to include system apps?

Thanks for the quick reply, I thought I had everything shown but I missed that bit, it doesn't stay on when toggled.  That said, the problem persists.  I can edit what the two button but no matter what I've tried they do not show up.

So you toggled on system apps, found always on display, cleared cache and data, then force closed it... And still no luck? God I wish I had your phone in my hands so I could try! 😭

Same problem.  clearing cache and data, force stopping and restarting phone does no good.   Lock screen Notifications turned on  and I see the buttons in the lock screen configuration settings but on the actual lock screen, no icons.   Clock and widgets are there and fingerprint sensor there, but no icons on the bottom?

same issue. worked fine for days then just vanished (I have phone and camera shortcuts. as eg if out on birthday meal staff offer to take pic I can keep my phone locked but camera open. plus if I need to take a quick pic of soemthing say in wildlife or something interesting suddenly. (double pressing power button doesn't work as need that for wallet apps
