I have some neighbor hacking my phone since they continuously link up group share which is only done in proximity of another device.

They have systematically riddled my phone with unauthorized apps, and removed the capability to change settings that could disable the connection. I no longer change my quick share permissions since they installed an admin access only over this account.

Not only with this but they can turn on multi control to view my passwords so they can get into my accounts with ease.

They are making it so it looks like I am logging into everything and doing nefarious things. Including possibly logging into my MFA and hacking my WFH computer.

I don't know if I will be able to log into my accounts to get rid of these turds even with a master reset.

Any ideas no how to report these people? It seems I have to talk to google and samsung separately to get any movement.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Hello broski2, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern regarding Group Share.

Group sharing can be turned off by following these steps: Go to Settings > Samsung Account > Profile > Galaxy Sharing. Tap "Find people you can share with", and toggle off the setting.

If you believe you've been hacked you can follow the steps here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01209886/

You also need to change the passwords on an unaffected device for all accounts.

If these steps are not helpful, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated by an authorized service location. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location

For assistance outside the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html
