Last update and now no auto rotate for me

I noticed since yesterday (since my latest update) all of a sudden my auto-rotate from portrait to landscape doesn't work. My autorotate icon is on and enabled but when I turn my phone into landscape mode, nothing happens. I tried restarting my phone, powering it down few times with no luck. 

I called Samsung support and they did live tutor to control my phone and see my screen and they couldn't figure it out either. 

In the end my technical support helper said that after digging more into it she said that this is now a known issue and the software developers are working on a fix...

Any one else having this issue? It's really frustrating...

Update : after 24 hrs (without restarting my phone) the auto rotate is working as it should.... 

Not sure what that was all about but I'm glad it's fixed on my phone....

Me too. No auto rotate. Rrrr! Tried everything. Even cleared partition cache. Tested phone via this site... Tempted to factory reset but waiting for fix. You don't realize how much you use auto rotate until you don't have it

Mine starting working on it's own after 24hrs, is yours working now?
And yes not having auto rotate was very annoying lol
