I'm having issue with phone calls and message. I got replacement sim from Verizon then worked after activating. It suddenly stopped working after a day again. Can someone tell me why this might be happening?

You might have call forwarding set up
Troubleshooting Restart your phone, Check for software updates, Try moving to a different location, Try using WiFi calling, and Contact Verizon customer support.

Galaxy S25Have you tried to reset the mobile network settings? Go to settings/General management/Reset/ then click on Reset mobile network settings and then reset it.
