Is there an option to combine the notification section when swiping down

Is there an option to combine the notification section when swiping down in left corner with the wifi, Bluetooth, etc. Like how in One Ui 6.1 where it was all together instead of spread out

What about for media output to show on the notification tab? Spotify, Pandora, etc still don't display on it
