On the Apps screen, click the 3 dots at the end of the search bar. Click on Sort and select Alphabetical order.

Galaxy S25It is is an option in the apps drawer, shown when using the swipe up gesture on the home screen to show all apps. If talking about having those apps placed in alphabetical order on the *home screen*, that is not an option outside of rearranging them manually then locking the screen, or using a 3rd party home screen launcher. I do however feel that sorting the home screen in any manner should be an option. Anyway, my home and app drawer screens...
