How to redeem freebies from phone purchase?

It's not intuitively obvious how to redeem the 3 offers from our recent purchase: 3 months of Peacock. 2 months of Lightroom, and 3 months of SiriusXM. What's the process, and if we bought 2 phones can the services be used sequent?

Under "Amazing Offers" you will need to click between the Creative and the Entertainment tabs. Click on the offer to see the steps for enrolling. 

Generally, you have to be a new customer (new to the service being offered). It also appears each offer is limited to one per device and Samsung Account.
