How to keep feature enabled in Connectivity labs?

You are quite "me-centric", aren't you? At least you said "request" and not "demand". This is a peer-to-peer user help forum.  None of us can help you with that and Samsung developers do not read the forums, so this request would have to be made by sending feedback to the development team.  The disclaimer posted above from labs settings tells you the features are experimental and may or may not work.  You use them at your own risk and desire.  If you need to switch to mobile data in certain instances, you can create a routine in modes and routines to do so under the circumstances you define.
