I'm not sure that's possible. You can disable Google Gemini though in your Google account.

keep updating every AI that show up from Galaxy Store, all you need to do just don't use them. Sometimes you may need AI like removing object or generating image or simply summarize a meeting, but i don't see Samsung will get rid AI, Samsung will keep choking us with Galaxy AI until they turn this feature as paid feature.

Or you can use your old phone that doesn't have AI on it, i am pretty sure your old phone still sleeping in the drawer

You can easily go into Galaxy AI in the settings and turn off each AI feature...

it is NOT intelligent at all and I am so annoyed I may get rid of my samsung!
