If you mean can someone transfer apps from an iPhone to a Galaxy/Android phone, the answer is no. They're two different & incompatible operating systems.
Are you worried that someone with an iPhone has hacked you and is spying on you? Not likely they did it by directly transferring something to your phone. What is likely, is that they had access to your phone and/or account passwords and installed something directly to your phone without your knowledge and is now gathering/viewing the information from their own device.
