Anyone have issue with their Samsung camera app? I always get camera failed error and I have to restart and if im lucky I can take one photo and the same thing happens.

Your next step would be to arrange for service for the phone/camera.  Your phone should still be under warranty, so barring any physical damage due to dropping, it should be covered.  If you are near a uBreakiFix location, you can just walk in or you can go to the support tab of the Members app, scroll to repair service and use the find a service center tool to find an authorized service center in your area.

The default camera app frequently crashes and has to be restarted on my S25U but without any error information. It's more common using Pro or Expert RAW mode but happens in any mode (only tested in still photo modes).

No issues here with the camera!! I'd try force stopping the camera first, then going into storage and clearing cache and clearing data. Once you clear data you'll be setting back up the camera as if you just took out box. Hope this helps you out! 1759402772599.jpg1759402772610.jpg1759402772633.jpg

Thank you all. I have tried everything. Last night I did the factory reset as well. That didn't fix it either.

Have you run a diagnostic on the camera itself to see  if it's actually the app or the camera?  Diagnostics can be found in the device care section of  your phone settings.  If the camera is defective, you will have to get it serviced.  If it comes up as not defective, there are other camera apps in the Play store you can try.  You might try Open Camera. Be aware other camera apps may contain ads, usually a short banner when you first open the app.  There are also several camera apps in the Galaxy store.

I did. It did flag the camera. I just dont know what the next step is now.
