I bought a s25 EDGE today and when trying to transfer the eSIM I'm receiving a message that the phone is not compatible. It is a brand new phone bought from Best Buy and I've verified it is unlocked. Any ideas on why this phone isn't showing as compatible and it isn't recognizing the IEMI on the ATT network.

Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with not being to activate the S25 edge with AT&T.

We have been advised that additional information needs to be added to AT&T network to allow activation of some GS25 Edge Unlocked devices. Only a limited number of devices were affected.

Customers should be able to activate their phones within the week. If you have additional questions, you will need to reach out to AT&T directly.

@userji18ZmvKNa It sounds like ATT hasn't loaded the IMEI for that phone into her system. They will need to do that.

Thanks. Assuming this is handled by calling them? I went to an ATT store and they were 0 help.

I had the same issue with my carrier. There's a lot of representatives with phone carriers that do not even know what an esim is.. lol and I don't say that to be mean, i'm just being blatantly honest, you're not going to get it manually by yourself for some reason samsung devices i just want to not load the Esim. It's the providers issue. It's not on samsung's part. But if you go in person around the phone, they should be able to get it, they have to match the iccid number with the Imei again before it will work
