Galaxy S25Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand the concern with not being to activate the S25 edge with AT&T.
We have been advised that additional information needs to be added to AT&T network to allow activation of some GS25 Edge Unlocked devices. Only a limited number of devices were affected.
Customers should be able to activate their phones within the week. If you have additional questions, you will need to reach out to AT&T directly.

Galaxy S25@userji18ZmvKNa It sounds like ATT hasn't loaded the IMEI for that phone into her system. They will need to do that.
