I am writing to report an issue I’ve encountered with my Samsung Galaxy S25. Recently, I’ve noticed that the device tends to overheat, even during regular use such as browsing, messaging, and calling. This has made the phone uncomfortable to hold and may indicate an underlying issue that needs attention.
Do a diagnostic on the phone to make sure everything is working ok. You can find the diagnostic tools in device care or on6 the support tab on the members app. Download Good Guardians from the Galaxy store and download the thermal guardian. The thermal guardian will show you when your phone overeated and why.
