Having to tap icon to rotate screen, auto-rotate enabled

Anyone now have to tap a phone icon to rotate your screen even though atou rotate is enabled?

@BDJ614 If Auto rotate is on, there won't be a button available to manually rotate the screen.

How please? My auto rotate is on but the icon doesn't always appear on the screen to tap. Very annoying
