Having problems with fingerprint scanner

Is anyone else having pproblems with their fingerprint scanner? Helpful tips, guidance & advice will be appreciated.

What kind of issue are you having?  Have you run a diagnostic?  Are your fingerprints registered properly? It's always best to register more than one (You get three).  Are you putting your finger on the scanner at the right angle?

You only get 3 fingerprints, not 8.

Make new ones with each finger UPSIDE DOWN.

You are advising someone to do something when you don't even know what the issue is. Please don't do that. And registering your fingerprints upside down may be your asinine way of doing things, but that most likely isn't practical for anyone else.

Update: The fingerprint scanner issue has been fixed and was caused by heavy clouds in my area.

In addition to that subsequent updates from Google & Samsung have stabilized things.

I don't understand what heavy cloud cover would have to do with fingerprints not working, but OK.

When there's heavy cloud coverage it limits the signal to your phone.

Living in a state with 5G, the inability to access the signal limits the ability to use the scanner across your phone.

Thank God for alternative means of accessing and using my S 25 Ultra. HOPE this clarify things for you.
