I really want to like the OEM launcher but I've gotten so accustomed to Nova Launcher that I feel like it's almost impossible. I feel like I'm missing out on something, especially having a "flagship" device. Any suggestions on things I might try to get back in with the default launcher?

You can use Good Lock for more customization with the default launcher

I actually prefer Nova on my phone and stick with One UI on my tablet. What do you feel like you'd be missing out on if you use Nova?

I don't know. I feel like One UI was designed to be the bees knees for the flagships, but it always left so much to be desired.

You're not the only one who feels that way. I think the icons are way oversized on my phone, even using Home Up to shrink them. Nova makes them perfect.

There's nothing magical about One UI Home. It's just a launcher.

I haven't found a launcher that let's you stack widgets.

This is what brought me back to One Ui, and the fact that parts of Nova are broken and it hasn't been updated in a long time.

Smart Launcher, Action Launcher, and Niagara Launcher are three of them that allow stacking. Niagara launcher is the highest rated of all of them that allow stacking.

I've been using nova prime ( the paid version of nova) for years. I've always liked it much better then the one ui launcher. I've even used it on my non Samsung android phones. I just like it much better.
