Why do my Samsung Galaxy S25 keep adding some of my contacts into trash bin, and when I keep restoring the unvolenterred deleted contacts, the contacts reappears in the trash bin? This constantly keeps happening every 1 or 2 minutes. This problem is super annoying.. ugh...

Try wiping the "cache partition" to see if that helps. It's safe and won't remove your settings or app files. Clearing the "cache partition" can help resolve any issues caused by old or corrupted system cache data.
Follow the steps below,
Clear the cache partition
- Turn the phone off (shut down)
- Press and hold the Volume Up key, then press and hold the side key.
- When the Android system recovery menu options show release buttons.
- Press the volume down key several times to highlight "wipe cache partition".
- Press the side key to select.
- Press the volume down key to highlight yes, then press the side key to select.
- When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system is now highlighted.
- Press the side key to restart the device.
Also,
Follow the above directions again till you reach the recovery menu then select the option "repair apps" then press power > follow the onscreen instructions.
And,
Check App Permissions:
Go to Settings > Apps > tap the 3 dots (right corner) > permissions manager > contacts. Review permissions for apps that access contacts and remove access from any unnecessary apps.
If you are still experiencing this issue after performing these steps it may be due to a 3rd party app causing conflicts.
