Have you tried a wipe cache partition after the update.

No, I have not. I did just wipe the partition cache so I'll see if it happens again.

I've seen this before and will try and find it. I'm fairly certain it somewhere in the goodlock apps.

Try to wipe the data for the homescreen and see if that will fix it
