My new s25 ultra runs very hot at times. Yesterday I was making pictures and after about 15 pics it was very hot. I stopped and let it cool down then tried again with the same result.
Happens to me too. I bought mine in February. The hot weather is making it worse right now, but I found closing all my apps helps. Also, restart your phone every once in a while and make sure it's on the latest update version. Try keeping your phone in the shade, as well. If you have the always on display turned on, that might also be contributing to heat.
